Caramel Apple Dessert Pizza

The BEST fall dessert: Caramel Apple Dessert Pizza. A giant fluffy crust topped with crisp apples, marshmallow fluff, creamy caramel frosting and chocolate.

Prep: 15 minutes  - Bake: 15 minutes  - Serves: 8

INGREDIENTS

  •                Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1            package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dough sheet
  • 1            large Gala apple, peeled, halved, cored and chopped
  • 1            tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2       cup marshmallow créme
  • 1/2       teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 2            tablespoons caramel topping
  • 2            tablespoons dark chocolate sauce
  • 1/4       cup chopped roasted unsalted peanuts

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375°; spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Unroll crescent dough on prepared pan; bake 7 minutes.

2. In medium bowl, toss apple and lemon juice.

3. Leaving 1/2-inch border, drop marshmallow créme by heaping tablespoons, about 2 inches apart, on crust; carefully spread over crust and sprinkle with apple mixture and apple pie spice. Bake pizza 8 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Drizzle pizza with caramel topping and chocolate sauce; sprinkle with peanuts. Cut pizza into 8 pieces.

To make your own apple pie spice, combine 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg and 1 teaspoon ground allspice; store in an airtight container.
